I had heard about Dr. Chang through the many Veterans Groups that I belong. He comes with excellent feedback as he is very thorough in his explanation, he has a great sense of humor and he really honor us veterans. He takes a lot of time to explain complex problems, repeats himself when my family comes with me and he always gives us all the time we need. He gets to know me as a person. I really respect that. He has must trust.
Great personality. Great command of language that allows complicated medical concepts to be explained. You feel he is on the same team w you and has great follow through after surgery.
What I really like about Dr. Chang is, he is very detailed in his explanation of what is going & what his recommendations are. He listens to you & makes sure you have all the time you need to speak & ask questions. He has a great sparkling personality & makes you feel very comfortable.
They cancelled my last visit for being 2 minutes late. I rescheduled the next month, arrived 30 minutes early to find a closed office. This doctor and his staff have no respect for their patients. The only good thing about Obamacare is most of these doctors will soon be out of business. If you care about your dignity, avoid this one like the plague.
I was very amazed with the way he examined my feet for pulses. He is very understanding, compasionate and friendly doctor. I'm glad he practices with such high quality of service.
