Least attentive Doctor. I previuosly went to him for 10 years. Left everything to his Physician's assistant. Read no notes when I finally saw him. Office did not send blood work to MRI location, even though they were the office that ordered it. All that was done was leave an internal catheter, in me for 2 months when taken out had me self cat 4 times a day. My creatinine level was 204, PSA at over 10. I'm writing this on behalf of my father. He has been playing the waiting game on POSITIVE results from a biopsy for over 2+ weeks now. They didn't even call to give the results, he made a last minute appointment go to see the Dr. for what he thought was a UTI. During that appointment, the Dr. told him, surprise, your results were positive and we need to do more testing "within the next two weeks". I had a biopsy performed in November 2014. When I went to my appointment to get the results I was told by the office staff that Dr. Christiano was called to an emergency and I would have to reschedule. They wouldn't give me an appointment at that time and said I had to call (it was a Friday at 4:00. They wanted to leave). I had to walk in without an appointment in February 2015 to insist he see me. Biopsy results were positive. The office staff is horrible! I went to NY for the surgery

Dr Christiano is excellent. He goes above and beyond for his patients. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. Just truly amazing. Staff was so great as well!

Listens and gives you time to explain your concerns. Never feel rushed but fell important. Explains things in terms one can understand as well as options. Has done two procedures on me and all went very well. My wife had a kidney stone and uses another Dr. in the practice, but Dr. Christiano was on call when she went into hospital. After she passed stone and we were waiting for Dr. before being discharged in came Dr. Christiano. After he left she said she would have no problem switching to Dr. C

Everytime I have been to his office I have been treated with outstanding compassionate care. The staff is very polite and professional. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend Dr Christiano to friends and family. He takes the time to explain things in away that the patient who does not understand medical terms can understand.

Left messages two times 6/10/16 and 6/15/16 no call back until 6/15/16 afternoon leaving me a message ,person did not leave ext to call back on. I called back the general number unable to speak to person, recorded messages only. No one picks up, same message repeats. Called another doctor spoke to a person explained my situation , gave my insurance info , have appt. for 6/23/16.

6 Apr 2016 650pm got a call about my MRI results and a voice message to call back. I'm a cancer survivor but have had one testicle removed and this was a test on my second testicle. I called back a little more than 5 minutes after getting the voicemail. First, I get their answering service who took my name and number and said she'd page the nurse. Called back another ten minutes after no return call and repeated my request and the response was the same, Never called! Horribly unacceptable!!!
