I've been seeing Dr. Christiano for years and have always found him very concerned, supportive and informative. He's great! However, the office has gotten very bad recently in terms of responsiveness to any inquiries about health issues and meds. Since the beginning of May I have called and left messages; contacted the practice via their web site; and have sent no less than 3 faxes addressing Dr. Christiano and the Office Manager(since no one responded to my question sent in other ways). Had a procedure three years ago. Had to wait 3 hours for a scheduled appointment. I just called for a scrip for labcorp. They say they have a policy that I have to come in for the script. Great. I get to wait three hours and pay a copay for a simple item. The customer service is awful. Good luck calling in too. You'll wait for a half hour and then they will tell you to leave a number which they won't call back. Poor

Really good doctor. I like the office staff very much and Dr. Christiano is very kind and very thorough. Fortunately, I am ok. But just wanted to say he is very good and I appreciate his kindness.

My first appt. Was Feb. 1st. Doc sent me for a prostrate MRI plus a 4k score blood test. Had to travel Manasquan for blood test (had to research location myself). It's now April 13th and haven't heard from anyone from the office. I've called office twice, once to see if test results arrived and 2nd time to set up a patient portal. I did get a lot of promises but no port links or answers to the test results. I understand due to COVID there is quite a backlog of patients, but how hard could it be to keep in contact with patien... read more

he is THE WORST. my husband waited almost 7 hours for his procedure. Also had his procedure cancelled at the last minute in the past. He has ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD for his patients time or anxiety. I am a nurse who has recommended him to many patients THAT will NOT happen again

Dr is wonderful. Super wonderful. Office management is dreadful. Very long waits in waiting room to see Doc. >> Good luck making an appointment. Unreasonably long hold times, dropped calls, to make an appointment. You have to REALLY want to see him.

i am an RN and have recommended Dr. Christiano to sooo many people. I WILL NEVER do that again. My husband had an MRI 12 days ago and has YET to receive his results. He has called the office 3 times, was informed that the results were in but that the Dr. was 'off'. That was over a week ago! I find it incomprehensible to say the least. Dr...you may want to take a step back and reconsider what you do for a living....

I saw Dr. Christiano for a very personal issue. The first thing he did was put my mind at ease. He took the time to speak to both myself and my wife and answered any questions we had about my condition. He was great . He prescribed some meds and told me exactly what to expect over the next several weeks. His friendly personality and bedside manner were just what you'd like to see in a doctor . I left there with all of my questions answered and feeling like I was in good hands. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Read reviews after setting up procedure , was concerned ! Dr. Christiano has a calming bedside manor . I was in and out of surgery as he predicted . He performed as a professional ! I was expecting pain ! I have very little , was expecting pain med don’t even need any. I have received 2 check up calls . Make your decision about him based on him not on what is written about him . Don’t base it on my or others comments However I am very satisfied with the amount of care he performed .
