Barbara Gleeson is really pleasant.
The most rude front desk staff I have ever experienced (with the exception of Rochelle who is very courteous). I actually had a receptionist hang up on me when I called to make an appointment on 8/12 with a hearing problem. Perhaps health care isn't subject to the same downturns as the rest of the economy, but you would think patients would be treated better. It's a shame that I have to find a new physician after 10 years of dealing with this practice.
