I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They never answered their phones in a timely manner nor cared to listen to the reason why you were calling. The girls at the front desk are extremely rude and incourtious.
