I lived on a CCI property in LA loved it going to check out these.
I just moved in so it is hard for me to rate. The building is very clean and in good condition. It is laid out with the lobby in the center with 3 wings with about 12 apartments on each wing and stairs at the end of each wing and a central stairway. It is 3 stories high. The rooms have a galley kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath, coat closet and a long hall closet that can be used as a pantry and for storage. I have to move out of this place by Dec.17th,2015 The management doesn't care about anyone here,the apartments are all 1 bedroom,small/this place is a total bore-once I leave , good riddance to this ugly place
Rude staff. Called to get information on the property and didn't have any questions answered, got hung up on because she thought I was selling something.
11-8-14 I have lived at Pam for 4yrs. The walls are paper thin. If you have a complaint have to write corporate in California. No light on east side Parking. Drug dealers, You have to pay electric. They say you don't . And a lot more. Don't make the mistake I did.
My mom lives here and she just loves it! The manager is kind and very professional. She was so wonderful in answering all of my questions. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to all requests.
Great manager and customer service. STARBUCKS !!!!!!!!! DO NOT CLOSE THIS STORE !!!!!!! This store is friendly and close to my home. I do not like going to the other Starbucks on Pacific Ave or Hammer and West Lane they are too busy and noisey. This store has a nice setting and quiet for us to sit and enjoy our beverage.
