Even though I haven't been there recently, you still remembered my birthday! It is much appreciated as well as the great service you have provided me since 1980 or so.
Recent check up came in to get a check of the crown he did along with a whole mouth check up. He has done alot of work in my mouth and I would not go to any other dentist.
