I went in for my cleaning & exam and I happened to have a loose crown which came off during my cleaning. The hygienist assured me that it would be glued back on before I left the office, after finishing my cleaning, Dr. Bruce and two assistants came in to put my crown back on. They had my crown put back on within an hour, they didn't hesitate or keep me waiting, but took care of me right away, even though I didn't have an appointment per se. As always, my visit was great. Holly always does a very thorough and professional cleaning. I have been other places, but they do not compare to the professional, courteous care I receive at Dr. Bruce's office. I highly recommend them (and I Do!)
