I would NEVER RECOMMEND DR. ARTHUR BALIN TO MY WORST ENEMY! I have worked as a Medical Secretary for over 50 years in many specialties. I sat and waited over 4 hours in Dr. Balins office. All he did was re-write what I put in my initial Medical History. He has NO COMMON COURTESY OR BEDSIDE MANNER! he mumbles into his dictaphone and realy does not initiate any normal Dr. Patient consulting. I am a diabetic, his response we have a vending machine and made me still wait to complete this exam.
Suggest prospective patients do research, research, research first!!
I have complete confidence in Dr. Balin's experience and treatments. My skin cancer spots are 100% destroyed.
