Great facility and friendly staff. We had a small issue trying to play Pickleball on Friday at noon. The YMCA website says that the gym at the Jordan Y is open for pickleball from 11:00 to 1:00. But when we entered the gym and asked where to put our paddles to line up, we were questioned about "how good we were". We were shown a sign on the door that says Friday is for"Advanced" pickleball. My son learned how to swim in one week!
Very disappointed. My three sons were at the summer camp last week and I will just jump in with the headline. My youngest requires an EpiPen. At the end of a disappointing week, I went inside to retrieve the EpiPen and none of the three counselors i spoke with knew where it was. I spoke to youth and family director Kevin Gibson and he seemed to care less. He wasnt concerned with getting it back to me. Didnt care when it was lost.
