Very poor communications. Admin answers emails to her and she doesn't respond or seems she have time to talk to you about issues or concerns.
Dr Yee diagnosed my severely fluid overloaded father with dehydration, reduced his lasix dosage and recommended he drink more water Less than a week later, he was hospitalized due the dramatically increased severity of his fluid overload, massive edema, and pneumonia. 0/5 would not recommend.
Took a while to be an established patient. So, after I was, I was surprised I was abandoned when I had a severe case of covid. Calls not returned nor was a quick telehealth appt. created. Hour long waits in the waiting room when I did see her, and the last appointment the staff failed to get ahold of me to tell me she had to cancel. Disappointed all around. Go elsewhere.
Receptionist was unprofessional we made sure the doctor knew he told us to find a new doctor.

Dr. Kurzweil is everything one wants in a physician. He is skilled in diagnosis and treatment, has a wonderful bedside manner, and a gentle touch (very important in a urologist!) His explanations are clear and thorough. I most highly recommend him.

Dr. Pico is a competent and intelligent internal medicine specialist. He is the best doctor I have seen since I came to live in Arizona.

Was seeing this individual for over a year primarily via telehealth. Saw him one day in office and brought to him the two reasons I was there. I saw him for less than 15 minutes and then his MA came in with the medication for only the secondary and minor reason I was there. I was confused as was she, and she asked him to provide the talked about medication for the primary reason I was there. Patient is non verbal with special needs. Because of this her appointments are more involved than a typical patient. Dr. Pico takes the time to listen and answer all our questions.

Didn't have a visit. It took months to get a new patient visit and then she cancels at the last minute because she was "over-booked". She's not that good.
