Always there for his patients ... Over 25 years with Dr.Arthur
I haven't seen Dr. Arthur as a patient for probably 25 years; however, I worked closely with him in hospital for 17 years and found his approach to medicine exceptional. He stays on top of his profession, listens to suggestions as well as hx and patient outcomes are excellent.

I saw Dr Arthur 2 times before Covid.He was filling in for Dr. Smith. I was totally at ease with him from the start, (I have white coat fever). I couldn't change over to him because He and Dr. Smith were in the same office. When Dr. Smith left, I had to wait 9 months for an apt., I was totally at ease with Dr. Arthur. I trust my gut.

I found Dr. Arthur to be very caring and listened to my concerns but trying to contact the office for appointments or questions was almost impossible so I regretfully have to find another doctor.

What sets him apart is that he take he is kind and courteous to his patients, and takes his time with each patient. He is the only doctor I have ever worked with as a patient that has a conversation about your health instead of a interrogation. He listens and wants your input, not sure where the other reviews are getting their information.

Doesn’t take the time to listen to the patient’s concerns. Issues orders. Pharmaceuticals are the primary go to. Don’t expect a high level of care from this doctor. Don’t expect to make your own determination’s he’ll do that for you. Does not like to explore alternative options suggested by the patient.

Horrible. You call for an appointment, you get some woman that hangs up on you because she can't understand English.
I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
