If I have to wait to see the Dr. He is most likely dealing with another patient with a complex situation. I will be patient while I wait for him. He is worth the wait!

Nurses at this facility are disorganized, unprepared, inefficient and quite unpleasant. They clearly don’t prepare the doctor for his next appointment, are brusque in their manner, herding patients in and out without giving any thought as to why the patient had the appointment. Everything is done at the very last minute, haphazardly, by the seat of their pants, with an uncaring and dismissive attitude. This is not an urgent care center- it is a neurological clinic that handles complex neurological conditions.
I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Itkin for my husband...But now I am getting second thoughts about seeing him. If he has been practicing for over 31 years, Why does he have such TERRIBLE REVIEWS??? This is AWEFUL!!!

My first appointment here was very invalidating and condescending. I have been experiencing migraines for about 12 years now. I made an appointment with Dr. Itkin since they have become more frequent and debilitating. Also, over the counter meds do not help at all anymore. The receptionist was extremely rude to me when I arrived and again when I left. I was given a huge questionnaire that I felt rushed completing. While Dr. Itkin is very helpful and always willing to listen. His assistant Joey is not responsive at all. She doesn't call back if you leave a message. When you call for her is not available and the only thing you can do is leave a message. The nurse Diane has a little bit of an attitude when you call and can't get in touch with Joey. When the patient is calling it's not to chit-chat it's because there is an issue they need help with. Hopefully they never have to wait for a phone call back and don't get one. Dr Itkin was extremely knowledgeable, professional and he had a very compassionate bedside manner. He was able to quickly diagnose neurological medical issues that have been ongoing with me for six long years. To my surprise, he performed a nearly painless EMG on me today himself. I have the highest level of confidence in his abilities to diagnose and remediate neurological concerns. His office and staff reflected his efficiency and good nature.
