Took money from our lake community and didn’t deliver. Really disappointed.
If I could give this horrible establishment zero stars I would. This place is an absolute joke! I'm honestly not sure how they're even still in business at this point. My lake community was promised engineering plans 4 months ago after we already paid the full amount and we're still waiting. No one answers phone calls or emails or gets back to you in anyway. This guy Paul clearly just doesnt care. They also LOST our entire list of modifications we talked about during their "office remodel" and didn't even think to reach out ... read more
Took $15,000 from Candlewood Terrace Taxpayers Association and is now ignoring and refusing to meet with the CTTA Board and provide the engineering plan they were contracted to provide! DO NOT TRUST! Very shady! Updates: still, MONTHS LATER, nothing!
No one ever answers the phones here. No one ever responds to repeated emails nor physical letters. This company is not worth wasting your time with! They constantly miss self-imposed deadlines without explanation and then ghost customers when asked for status updates. Not recommended. Look elsewhere. Our attorney has had to send them numerous notices to provide the engineering plans and we still don't get a response. We paid this firm $15,000 up-front over a year ago and they haven't delivered!
I consulted them on a septic project. Paul and Dan were great to deal with. I would highly recommend! Very responsive, and very good communicators. I will use them again in the future.
