It's a great location in a cozy building. Covington is a great city. If you're up for a walk, you can reach Newport and Cincinnati from here. I've had great experiences working with Michelle in the admin office, who has always been quick to communicate. Nick, the maintenance supervisor, is also quick to respond and is doing great work with this historic building.
We contacted them through an aprtment.com listing. The price they had was $1360, after showing interest and going to the apartment to view the facilities they proceeded to update the listing and increase the price to $1441. Waste of time. They also tacked on monthly fees that were not disclosed until you went to apply. It ended up coming out to $1524 Per month compared to the original listing of $1360, They pulled a bait and switch
I just signed a lease with Arthur Apartments. I’ve been renting in Cincinnati for a couple years and this has easily been the smoothest transition. Before moving in, they let me take measurements, cleaned our unit up beautifully with new cabinets and fixtures, and I had a minor issue where my dishwasher wasn’t mounted. Within a couple hours, Eric was by to fix it and answered every question I had along the way.
