We contacted them through an aprtment.com listing. The price they had was $1360, after showing interest and going to the apartment to view the facilities they proceeded to update the listing and increase the price to $1441. Waste of time. They also tacked on monthly fees that were not disclosed until you went to apply. It ended up coming out to $1524 Per month compared to the original listing of $1360, They pulled a bait and switch
I just signed a lease with Arthur Apartments. I’ve been renting in Cincinnati for a couple years and this has easily been the smoothest transition. Before moving in, they let me take measurements, cleaned our unit up beautifully with new cabinets and fixtures, and I had a minor issue where my dishwasher wasn’t mounted. Within a couple hours, Eric was by to fix it and answered every question I had along the way. Absolutely beautiful building, great atmosphere. This building was built in 1904 and so incredibly unique.
