I just signed a lease with Arthur Apartments. I’ve been renting in Cincinnati for a couple years and this has easily been the smoothest transition. Before moving in, they let me take measurements, cleaned our unit up beautifully with new cabinets and fixtures, and I had a minor issue where my dishwasher wasn’t mounted. Within a couple hours, Eric was by to fix it and answered every question I had along the way. If you’re looking for a bug-free, extremely quiet, historical building…I highly recommend this place :)

I moved in to the Historic Arthur Apartments in mid-March. It is a beautiful building located in downtown Covington. It is a great location close to Mainstrasse and downtown Cincinnati. Grandin (the property management company) has been great.
