⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience with Arthur Direct Care, especially with their staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. What really stood out to us was Ms.Rachel went above and beyond by coming out on a Saturday to help us with some important documentation. We truly appreciated their willingness to help outside of regular hours and their genuine care for their patients.
If you require a medication that must be refilled regularly, I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere. This review specifically relates to prescription refill management and communication from Dr. Arthur’s office staff, which patients relying on ongoing medications should be aware of. I requested a refill on 2/23, and it was never called in. If you are looking for a practice with professional, caring people, you should seek care elsewhere! Dealing with this clinic was never smooth. From your providers going MIA during time-sensitive matters to the front desk not being able to give accurate and true information about pretty much anything… Don’t expect that if you call the front desk, they will help you. Dr. Arthur and his staff are doing a fantastic job! Finding a good doctor these days, especially one that’s not in a giant corporate machine is really tough. I love the personalized care, I never felt rushed, or overcharged, and, get this, they actually answer the phone!
I went to get my blood tests done, and they were very efficient. Dr. Artur and all of the staff were wonderful. Thank you, Kimberly, for your excellent service. Thank you, everyone!
