Chelsea Lopez not only helped me with all my annual labs but also ensured that I saw a surgeon quickly. My appointment went very smooth! Dr. Arthur and his entire staff were very welcoming and helpful during my visit today. I strongly recommend Arthur Direct Care to anyone that does not already have a primary physician.
Chelsea Lopez did an amazing job! Was very kind and made sure I understood everything completely and went over things I was confused on and answered every single question I asked her. The facility is new and clean, smells amazing. The front desk was also kind and helpful, full of life and energy. 10/10 experience.
The Hutto location of Dr Arthur’s clinic is equally incredible and is such a multi speciality gem. We saw state of the art technology being used there Dr. Arthur and Practice Manager Rachel Arthur are incredible people. Great addition for the people of Austin and neighboring towns to have such caring physician and care teams. Wish you all the best for this great work.
It was important for me to have a Black PCP. Immediately he proved why as he ordered some tests and adjustments that my other doctors had not. The staff is cool and the location is pretty brand new. I'm excited to be a new patient here.
