I highly recommend Arthur Construction & gladly give a 5 star rating. Professional, courteous & Kevin the contractor makes sure you, the client, are happy. Never left a mess behind. Showed up to work until it was finished. Painters stayed 10-12 hrs to finish the job with hardly taking a break. From the installation of my new windows to the repair of my stucco & painting my house the work was superb. As a single woman, I was anxious about it being done right. Kevin impressed me at the start of the project but things quickly trailed downhill beginning when he failed to fix sub-contractor damages to our home. He wasn't honest about the flooring we wanted to match the rest of the house even though we found it very close to his budgeted amount for flooring. We had to make several change orders because he didn't come walk the property before issuing an estimate. The drywall quality was very low.
