I have been seeing Dr. Browning since I was 9 years old - 43 years. He's treated 4 generations of my family. He is the epitome of what a familiar primary care physician should be. He's compassionate, listens and is extremely knowledgeable. He's open and educated about new diagnosis and treatments. I love that he's open to a wide variety of treatment options that includes natural remedies as well as pharmaceuticals.
Bossy and loud. Appointment felt rushed and didn't seen concerned with my issues. His nurses just seem to be on their phones. Not going back.

Terrible from the wait time on the phone to the office waiting room to finally seeing Dr. Browning. Believe it or not this Dr. Is full of himself. Couldn't believe it, I'm waiting for my results and he goes on and on about his golf score. I could care less I'm saying to myself. When I said to him "so about my results" he's like one second. Looked at his phone then said to me "all's fine". I'll never go back. He's a clown that shouldn't be allowed to practice. Let's his staff do what they want I noticed. No thank you!
I have been a patient of Dr. Browning's and his nurse practioner's for more than 30 years. Both are extreme professionals, careful listeners and great diagnosticians. I have had many problems, some of them rather unusual. Together we have figured them out. Make sure you are ready to do your part of the work. We aren't at the Star Trek tri corder days yet and it takes teamwork to figure out and solve problems.
I was a patient for more then 30 years. He is very selective as to whom he likes and accepts no deserved complaints about his rude, unprofessional office staff. End of story.
Dr Bowning has been our physician for many years. He is an excellent doctor and is very patient. We will soon be moving out of the Jacksonville area and I will be very lucky to find another doctor as good and experienced.
Dr. Browning is a wonderful physician but the staff are the ones you interact with the most and the attitudes are extremely unprofessional. The phone reps are unprofessional and make inappropriate (and unnecessary) condescending statements. The nurse practitioner is unpleasant, unprofessional, condescending, and disrespectful.
