Great place! Dr. Babu and Emily (tech I think, but I’m not sure what that position is called yet lol) ARE THE BEST PEOPLE I’VE MET at this office. Very caring staff similar to Chris seems to be one of the best staff members over there on the team 🦶 Took me a lot of time to find the right foot doctor, just like anything else :) Although, the doctor didn’t even tell us why it my surgery time got delayed and we waited for like forever lol 🤔 but other than that fact, she’s great! Very disappointed with my experience. I was kept waiting for more than an hour past my scheduled appointment time, and even after waiting that long, the staff still had no idea when the doctor would actually be available. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and updates. No one proactively informed me about the delay or gave me an estimated wait time. As a dentist, my hands are everything to my livelihood, so breaking my right thumb was a highly stressful experience. Thankfully, I was treated by Dr. Elaine Ahrillen at the Arthritis & Sports Orthopaedic Clinic in Sterling. Her level of care was absolutely phenomenal. As usual, going to Arthritis & Sports in Sterling was a nice experience. The office staff, are always nice and pleasant to talk to, which is important. I needed to see Dr. Ahillen about an injection for severe arthritis in my hand. She sat me down and explained, in detail, her recommendation concerning the type of shot I will be getting. Since I have had that shot before there, I understood her explanation and agreed to the procedure.
