Found the office staff to be rude.
Dr Coutlakis is an excellent doctor. My husband and I have been going to him for 10 years. Take his time and explains in detail.
They are organized, on time, attend to my questions and respond right away to portal messages. I've had great care there for years.
Always a great experience
I been coming here for a few years...was NOT initially impressed or felt as if my Dr was trustworthy with my health concerns, but I decided to give them a shot....Fast forward to my last appointment-Let's just say that thier was ZERO communication, ZERO proper follow-ups etc.etc..etc..and the front desk individuals either needed a break or they need training in proper, positive "Customer Service"... not going back!!
