Dishonest and shady. And the receptionist was passive aggressively rude (at the Deerfield office). They didn't have the courtesy to call me and tell me that the doctor I had an appointment with was no longer at the practice! They didn't even tell me this critical info until I was sitting there for an hour an I asked what was going on. Even then they were cryptic in their response. Unethical!
