I recently transferred from Texas and had a very good clinic there, and I've got to say this clinic is even better. Frankie is nothing short of an awesome provider, and the support within the clinic is truly exceptional. Don't know why you'd choose any other provider in Shreveport....many thanks. After two years, I've got to say I'm even more impressed; Frankie goes in and places my script order without being asked. Absolutely love her....awesome all the way around.

I would adivse people not to go to this clinic Faith the receptionist is very rude. I tried to schedule an appointment and got interrogated with questions like. Is my insurance active? Am I the card holder? So I have a secondary insurance and all that. Why would I call the be a patient if I don’t have insurance. I hung up on her because she was so unprofessional. It must was meant for me not to go there.
Dr Goodman is really great! I strongly encourage visiting with him each time you come. He is the most knowledgeable and really spends the time understanding your issues and supports your decision to go on or off medication and tells you how too. He has truly been a life saver
