Everyone was great especially Dr. McCassland. She really cares about her patients. I have been a patient of hers for 8 years.
The Dr is great. It’s the front desk that needs to work on being Friendly. They didn’t have my moms appointment in the computer and she was rude and hateful. Very uncalled for. I had a picture on my phone of her appointment card and she still through a big stink about it.
I saw Dr McCasland today for the first time and I absolutely loved her. She was so thorough and so worth the drive. So sweet and caring. The entire staff was great! So happy to have found such a wonderful place to go.
