Dr Patel and her staff are professional and knowledgeable. The doctor listens to all concerns and is never dismissive or makes you feel rushed. The office support staff is helpful and friendly. I had tried two other rheumatologists in the past that were not caring or as knowledgeable as Dr. Patel.
