Terrible to get ahold of.
The worst thing they did was allow Dr Yu to leave the practice. I was a patient of Dr Yu for over 5 years. Began with her here in Colorado, she moved to Provo and I was fine traveling 4.5 hours one way to see her. She is the best in her field very intelligent and up on all the latest in her field. This office treated her with such disrespect and bias that she had no other choice than to go somewhere else that would appreciate her and what she does for her patient. I have been going to the clinic for years. I currently see Tyler Hobbs. He is always kind and understanding regarding my health issues. He goes above and beyond to make sure I have the medication that I need. The staff is friendly and they always return any calls that I make to them either on the phone or through their patient portal.
So my daughter was supposed to have her infusion last Wednesday for her Chrohn’s Disease but was told the owner of this company would not approve it as it was not profitable enough for them. This drug is a generic form of Remicade which she has taken in the past which her insurance company had already approved. The owner told the staff to order another generic form of Remicade which they did. Every visit I’ve had with Dr. Yu she has been very kind and informative. The office staff has been very accommodating and pleasant as well.
