Dr Reddy is good if you can ever reach her. Staff is friendly in person. I went there for 5 or so years. But the office staff will never follow up about anything ever unless it's a billable visit. Prior authorization stuck? Expect to make 10 phone calls over the course of weeks to coordinate the whole thing between insurance and to beg this office to resend whatever paperwork wasn't right the first time.
