They don't answer the phone and they don't call you back. Never was able to make an appointment. I will consider it the universe telling me to go elsewhere, for my own good.
Never coming here again. Worst doctor first impression and bedside manner I've ever received. I was made to wait over an hour and a half for my appointment, and the nurses still hadn't taken my vitals over the course of this time while I watched her carelessly chit chat with the other nurse at the front desk. It was until I verbally warned that I would he leaving that the nurse was finally prompted to take my vitals reluctantly as if she didnt want to be there. Everyone was very helpful and professional.
Jolene is amazing! I received such great care at this office. I’m so happy I was referred to this Doctor. You can tell every effort is being made to assist. All team members that I interacted with were extremely helpful.
Had a telemedicine appointment today with Kendall. She is wonderful. She is always right on time and very professional and friendly. She takes her time to make sure all of your questions have been answered. Would highly recommend.
