They have assisted me in ways that the other places have not definitely recommend
I had extremely high hopes finding a Rheumatolgist that I didn't have to drive over 1 hour. Decided to give this provider a try. First consultation was in December we reviewed history and he ordered blood work and I followed up in 1 week, at this appointment we decided to make a change in medication. Guess what I have not heard a word from his office even after I called in January and left a message for someone to call back as I was checking the status of medication. Dr Shroff and his team have done an amazing job treating my dad's arthritis. My dad is able to do things he hasn't done for a while. He has his independence back and doesn't rely on help.
I have had 2 visits with Dr. Shroff and I am very pleased to finally have a diagnosis for my symptoms. My first visit was very thorough and I had an exhaustive blood work up done. Dr Shroff is very reassuring and attentive. I have pretty high standards, being a RN. Dr. Shroff is top notch and I am so fortunate that he has office hours in Lynchburg. I was seen within 2 weeks of my referral and that is a rarity. I highly recommend Dr Shroff and his staff.
