I felt the provider, Dr Mallipalli, was very dismissive. Almost as if she believed I were drug seeking. She was completely focused on my pain and asked what exactly my pain kept me from doing. I explained that the pain was not so great as to keep me from doing anything, and that constant pain was not my only symptom. She said that since my labs were negative I should go back to my primary care doctor for referrals to other specialists.. This rating is for the person who answered the call. When I asked for an email address to forward the paperwork, she said there was no email address, only a fax option. I asked if I could mail it, as I shared twice that I manage my elderly mom's paperwork and I live out of state. Before I could finish, she cut me off and yelled at me that my mom needed to bring it in with her. I stopped her and advised that this treatment is VERY unprofessional. Doctor and staff are compassionate and give excellent care. Wait times are reasonable, with easy access from US 165.
Good doctor, but why don’t give me any treatment for arthritis pain, only recommended to take medicine for pain.
