I took off work early to come pick up an injector for shots for my Fiancée. I got here at 4:47PM. The doors were already locked. I looked around the building and saw about 3 employees leaving the building. So they just leave 13 minutes early at minimum at their discretion with no notification to patients. I even called out to one of the employees and asked if they were closed. She turned to me and then looked back ahead and walked away to her car. Dr. Mallepalli manages the severe osteoporosis I have. She is very thorough and caring. It is always evident to me that it is important to her that she is moving my care in the right direction. She always takes the time to answer my questions and I never have the feeling that I am being rushed through my appointment. The office staff as well as the clinic care team are always patient and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Mallepalli at The Arthritis and Diabetes Clinic.
She doesn't explain much to you and doesn't listen to your own thoughts. It's like pulling teeth to get her to share your results.
