This rating is for the person who answered the call. When I asked for an email address to forward the paperwork, she said there was no email address, only a fax option. I asked if I could mail it, as I shared twice that I manage my elderly mom's paperwork and I live out of state. Before I could finish, she cut me off and yelled at me that my mom needed to bring it in with her. I stopped her and advised that this treatment is VERY unprofessional. Doctor and staff are compassionate and give excellent care. Wait times are reasonable, with easy access from US 165.
Good doctor, but why don’t give me any treatment for arthritis pain, only recommended to take medicine for pain.
I took off work early to come pick up an injector for shots for my Fiancée. I got here at 4:47PM. The doors were already locked. I looked around the building and saw about 3 employees leaving the building. So they just leave 13 minutes early at minimum at their discretion with no notification to patients. I even called out to one of the employees and asked if they were closed. She turned to me and then looked back ahead and walked away to her car.
