I came to Arthman & Associates over a year ago to design a beautiful permanent residence for myself and Nick was very helpful in explaining every step of the way. He walked me through from what to look for in a lot and how much to invest in the property. I recommend this firm to anyone looking for re-designing, modifying, or building a new property altogether.
Arthman & associate designed beautiful building on my property which is combination of retail store and apartments and it’s work of art I am very happy with the way it’s been done and here I have to thank my friend Steve who introduced me to NICK ARTHMAN owner and designer of Arthman & associate because of the job was done beautifully my wife and I decided to have Arthman & associate to take over the construction too . Caution to consumers , be extremely cautious this business is a couple running a scam we hired mr arthman ( nick) to assist our engineer to resolve coad correction from the past on our lot , he was paid cash and check and after getting paid we never found and never saw him again our engineer had to do it himself after several no show and canceling his appointments & denies reciving up front money after several mounths we decided to sent him a demand letter and he decided to creat a fabricated contract with no sign and a outr... read more
This company is not a Licensed Architectural engineering company , There is no licenced architects or licensed engineer on payroll when we inquired about this company they are a basic general contractor .this web site and company are false advertising and claming to be legitiment .
