Thank you to Rafael and everyone at ARTHA yesterday that made my day so relaxing! I needed a body reset and this was the perfect way to do it! I started with mat pilates class with Maya, the infrared sauna, then float tank, massage with Jono, and finally cryotherapy. I really got to experience a lot ARTHA has to offer and appreciate the staff for helping me through each step of the way and making me feel comfortable and at home. I hope to be back soon!! There is street parking and a parking garage near the facility as well.
Namaste! Artha Yoga and Wellness Sanctuary Studio City is my new happy place. The facility is so spacious and peaceful-and CLEAN. They have a well-rounded class schedule-there is something for everyone, from beginners to the advanced Yogi. All the teachers have been friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of services and treatments, float tanks to infrared saunas to cryotherapy. The staff has been really delightful-Miguel, Callie, Samson, Rafael, and Emma, just to name a few.
