Every class I have taken here has been amazing. The studio is beautiful and clean. Staff is excellent. Absolutely love this studio!
I’ve been coming to ARTHA for about a month now and I absolutely love it! I’ve tried the challenging Pilates classes, deeply relaxing yin sessions, and soothing sound baths —each one leaves me feeling restored in a different way. I try to come nearly every day as part of my self-care and wellness routine. I’ve also explored some of the other offerings—cryotherapy (🥶 intense but invigorating!) and float therapy, which took me a little while to settle into but was such a unique experience. This place is excellent and I highly recommend! They have so many different things from Pilates classes to cold plunge. Everything is so clean and everyone was so nice and professional!! I love this place!
I am absolutely OBSESSED with Artha in Studio City! I’ve been going since January 2025. Here’s my experience: 1.The employees are extremely welcoming and nice. They keep the facilities clean, organized, and smelling fresh. 2.The teachers are AMAZING! I have taken Heated HIIT, Yoga and Mat Pilates. Honestly, Artha is one of the few places in LA that actually lives up to the hype. The second I walk in, I feel calmer — the space smells amazing, the lighting is soft, and everything feels super intentional. I do sauna and float couple times a week and always wrap it up with cryotherapy. Every time it makes me feel like a new person. Not just relaxing — like a reset, whither it’s hopping into a class or just getting a massage done. The staff are chill and kind.
