I went to Artha on a Sunday morning and honestly wish I could have stayed all day. I started off with a massage from Deena who was absolutely amazing. Then I did the contrast (infrared sauna and cold plunge) it’s the type of environment where the staff feels like they love their jobs and the members and customers want to linger. I’m going back immediately. 5 stars
Telanto provided an excellent relaxing massage. He knows where to find targeted areas of tension and how to apply careful pressure.
My favorite place to go for contrast therapy and all kinds of classes - and the kindest staff! highly recommend!!!

Omg I have been coming here since the WEHO location closed and I love it. The Sound baths, the yoga classes and the float all have mental and physical increase in peace
