Great place to live
I am so happy that I found Artessa. I wish I’d found them sooner. It has been the most comfortable stay. I thank Dejah for going above and beyond to help me find my lost package. The office staff was so helpful and kind to help me resolve this issue when the mail carrier delivered my mail to the wrong address. Alyssa and Dejah both made my move in experience a peaceful and smooth process! I appreciate you all for your help.

I have lived at Artessa Apartments since April of 2020 and I am incredibly proud to call it home. From great amenities and an incredible and friendly staff, this complex gives little to complain about. Any time that I have needed any work done, I have always been met with a smiling and calm member of the maitenance team, especially Elmo and Alex. 8 years ago the staff was available and great to deal with. Fast forward to move out and after several different management companies, the service level wasn't so great. As time approached to move out, their requirements regarding moving out were followed per lease agreement. Yet they denied their portion of the contract citing they were unable to secure a copy of the original lease agreenent, (new management) therefore according they would not be refunding deposit.
