DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management is terrible. We had a roof leak for 6 months that only got taken care of after weeks of complaining. The water puddled in the ceiling and dripped through our ceiling fan on our coffee table, that also got ruined. After complaining about that and the possibility of mold, they only showed up a week or 2 later, with a moisture meter. WORST APARTMENT EVER
Honestly we are so glad we found this place! Management has been so kind and helpful and we love the environment. It’s clean, safe, and everyone has been so friendly. We really appreciate that coming from another place where things were not maintained or kept clean and didn’t feel safe. It’s a breath of fresh air! I would give it 5 stars except we had a couple problems with our apartment moving in. I co signed with my son who moved in here. From the beginning until the very end it was a nightmare. His apartment was not move in ready. We had to take pictures and email all the damage to the apartment. They had a promotion online that Brooklyn who is assistant manager there, tried to say wasn’t available anymore even though I had emailed her a copy of it so luckily the manager Natalie credited it to me the following month.
