Artesian Title was notified weeks in advance of a same day closing for my clients. Day of closing they had to change the settlement statement, no big deal it was one line at 1130am . 2pm comes for clients to sign for a new home now all of sudden an updated settlement statement needs to be signed before we can release funds 2:18pm, Item is signed almost 4pm no word. 415pm funds released wire being sent.
