Recently toured this property, a couple different times with Cassidy, the manager and Christa one of the leasing agents! I came back three separate times to make sure I was choosing the right new home and each time I came they were extremely kind, professional, and extremely helpful. The facility is beautiful, clean and very well maintained if you’re looking for a place to call home I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment thank you to the Artesia staff for giving me such a wonderful experience.
We moved in three months ago. Honestly, we’ve liked it a lot so far. The team is always willing to help, especially Krista. We had an excellent experience with her.
2025 Updated review: I have lived here for 4 years. The actual apartment unit itself is very nice. Amenities are good, location is good. That being said there are some standout things that make this apartment complex very annoying to live in. Luckily, it seems the 3am fire alarm issue that plagued us for 2 years has finally been fixed (hopefully this review doesn't jinx it). The primary annoyance is the courtyard that echoes like a cave. This community is beautiful! The manager, Cassidy, is so sweet and informative! The Service Team is very communicative and always does a wonderful job. Artesia is definitely an elevated community with a boutique vibe. I love how it is tucked away like a hidden gem. Very peaceful! 10/10 Recommend! Anyone rating less than a 5 star please disregard because they are a great team and care about residents!
