I have lived here for 2 years now and experienced a few management changes. This is by far the best it has been! I cannot say enough great things about Shay! She is incredibly helpful and patient, always willing to stop what she is doing to assist. Shay's knowledge and expertise are truly impressive, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Her dedication and positive attitude make every interaction a pleasure. Shay is the person to turn to. Highly recommend!
My wife and I have been living here for almost a year now and love it! Shay at the leasing office is amazing and quick to respond and very helpful! We recently needed to move to a bigger unit and Shay and the leasing team were able to make it a quick and painless process! We have lived here since Artesia opened in 2020. We have experienced multiple property management companies and have had some issues over the years. Except this one - it has been an easy decision to renew-the-lease experience. I can say that Shay has been the BEST at helping to resolve any issues and she is proactive to help others get the best experience from living here. Even the little things like getting those pesky Amazon shipments left outside to the right apartment - Shay rocks!

I’ve been living here for 14 months, and my experience has been excellent. The apartment is comfortable, well-designed, and has quality finishes. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The maintenance team responds quickly when needed, and the common areas pool, gym, parking.are always in great condition.
