I’ve been living in this condominium for a year now and I’m very happy with my experience. Since the new management took over, everything has improved significantly—common areas are cleaner, maintenance is more consistent, and things are working much better overall. I really enjoy living here, and that’s why I’ve decided to renew my lease. I definitely recommend this place!
Don’t waste your time moving here. Nothing works and nothing has been done to fix it. Chose the location of my apt because of the amenities right outside my door( grills and fire pit) fire pit has never worked and leasing office says it’s under repair. I moved in November 2024 and it still doesn’t work. Went into the leasing office to get an update on it and the response was “we have a fire pit??” The grills never have propane and you have to leave your drivers license at the leasing office if you want to use the tv remotes ... read more
This is a great place to live. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-designed, with high-end finishes and plenty of natural light. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, with excellent amenities like a resort-style pool and a fully equipped gym. The management team was always professional and responsive, making day-to-day living easy and stress-free. I only moved due to a job relocation, but I highly recommend Artesia Big Creek to anyone looking for a comfortable and upscale living experience.
