The new corporate owner has begun to address years of deferred maintenance at the hands of Avenue 5. It may take some time but there seems to be a serious effort ongoing to bring the living experience into alignment with the Bev Hills rents. Camden Living made the solid decision to keep Iria (the previous amenity areas housekeeper) on the team. She knows where the bodies are buried and how to keep the building clean and tidy.
