Lived here for two years. Washer and dryer constantly broke, even after replacing them with new units. A water pipe burst in our guest bathroom and the drywall rotted out and got covered in mold before they did anything about it (which cost me my guest bathroom for another 3 or so days totaling about 8 days and I had to run their big dehumidifier 24 hours for about 3 days that came out of my electricity bill. Apartment has so much molds. Also when they put fertilizers on the plants it smelled so awful that flies are everywhere when you walk by. Also 2 in 1 washer & dryer is small. There are roaches as well in the kitchen that goes inside the cabinets.

Please carefully consider your options prior to moving in. The rent is extremely expensive for the small space they give you. The washer/dryer unit does NOT wash clothes well… and often ripped many shirts. If you have the unlucky experience of moving into Unit 229, please be aware that BOTH bedroom windows face a different apartment complex. The other apartments can see directly into both rooms, and there is also a family with several kids who tend to remain outside screaming and being loud. You can also hear the train every... read more
