It's going to be hard to find a better apartment complex than Arterra Woods. Pros: - Outstanding staff - Excellent maintenance team - The community is very clean and it feels like suburbia. - The apartment design is great and feels modern. We have a 1 bed/1 bath, and it's very spacious, clean, and it allows for a lot of flexibility with our furniture. You also get a ton of storage with the outdoor closet and the bathroom cabinets. We are planning on moving there
I have lived here for the last 12 years, this has always been a great place to call home. The grounds are beautifully maintained always. All maintenance needs are addressed immediately. The staff is exceptional and very good at their jobs. The neighbors here are all good people and get along very well. Management also plans community events for neighbors to mingle! I honestly believe this is the best apartment complex in Bothell. I am moving out of State, this is the only reason I would leave.
We’ve loved living here the last couple years. It’s a beautiful and quiet community with friendly neighbors. Megan and Jesse are such a great team, all of our request have been taken care of promptly throughout our time here and they have made our move out process so easy. They’ve both been extremely helpful to us while we struggled finding a new place. The only reason we are moving is for a shorter work commute otherwise we would happily stay.
