I have been patronizing this boutique for over twenty years total. I work out of the country sometimes but always return to the boutique. The boutique feels like home. The technicians remember you and everyone is treated like family. Even after being away ten years, Cindy and Mom welcomed me back with open arms. I can’t say enough good things about Artemi Nails It’s a family-run, minority owned business with outstanding quality, customer service and care. As a disabled veteran, Cindy’s gentle, patient and thoughtful touch has been instrumental in making me feel I can handle another’s presence. She is very creative and works with me to execute my vision. The vibe is quiet and calm with the staff getting along well. I would recommend this salon to other neurodivergent clients.
Read great reviews so I made an appt online - very easy to use the online booking tool. Walked into the store and was checked in and seen immediately. Cindy performed a French tip gel building manicure and a special pedi with gel polish. Pricing is very competitive, lower than expected for the area we live in. Three words describe my experience with Cindy: prompt, friendly, attentive. The pleasant environment enhances the overall mood. I came in without any prior nail inspo but that wasn't an issue for Cindy. Thanks to her professionalism I left in awe of her vision. Will definitely be returning!
