Was contacted by the owner after containg Service Magic. Was given a bid and after HOA approval the work was started on time as advised by the owner. All work was explained and completed on time as stated. No problems with workers at my house, everything was clean before they left. Work was completed by time stated and price came in lowered than quoted. GREAT JOB !!

Efrain actually showed up early for the appointment time we agreed on. I was surprised and very pleased with the price quoted. He made several suggestions for improving the overall appearance of the project then gave me a written quote for each. My only complaint was the lack of communication after acceptance of the proposal. The start time was postponed several times and I had to call to find out about the delays. We are still in the Approval Process with my HOA. Efrain has been very helpful providing me with actual product demonstration in order for me to make the right choices for my courtyard remodel. I'm excited to get this project underway and completed.
