Awesome experience! Ray was great to work with and Jerry worked very neat and his work was perfect. Overall very professional and worth the few extra bucks it cost. I definitely recommend them. This is my second time at Shelby flooring and both times were great

My husband and I recently purchased a new place and we desperately needed flooring. We went to Shelby Flooring Outlet on a Saturday. We met with Paul to discuss flooring options and scheduled a measurement with Tom, the owner, on a Tuesday at 3:30. At this point, the experience is going we'll, hence two stars instead of one. Mind you, we are not living at the residence, so there is no furniture, etc to comfortably occupy the space. 3:50 passes and no sign of anyone.
