The difference between a $60 haircut and a $110 haircut is that for a certain amount of money I expect hospitality. I trust you to take care of me, and you trust that the high amount of effort you spend on me will eventually generate a return. The problem is that Art + Science has poor hospitality. I go here regularly and will continue to come here but I have to comment that the front desk, every single time I call to make an appointment, could not be more unfriendly and apathetic. This is over the years and not just from 1 or 2 people. I'd stop coming here if there were friendlier salons with affordable, good talent but A&S still wins in that category.

Frankie gave me the best haircut I've had in 10 years. I asked for some small adjustments at the end, and she gave me some feedback and then nailed it perfectly. My hair is thinner now than it was in my 30s, and she made it look like it did 15 years ago. Frankie is brilliant.
