If I could give Art zero star, I will. 17 years ago, I was happy with their product and service, so I hired them again in 2007. Fast forward to 2020, I discovered that I paid for product A, but instead they delivered and installed a vastly inferior product X. I stumbled into this when I needed a replacement panel for product X, I cannot find any because product X went out of business 10 years ago. When confronted by this, Art keeps denying it.
