must be a scam, money heist, something. $150 non refundable for an application fee but will refuse you a tour prior to applying. folks on the phone are very laid back, seemingly unconcerned by interested renters. the process to even view a property is the most tedious and unnecessary i’ve ever seen. seems like they’d rather collect money from folks looking for a home than rent out to a loyal tenant. i’m thoroughly disappointed…
Diana Hernandez for MVP!!! She is awesome! Her professionalism and customer service is through the roof. The way she handles her calls and being able to answer questions efficiently is everything. She is such an asset to Art property management. She is amazing at what she does and even that is an understatement. Thank you for everything Diana! You are the best!
Please do not rent from this property management at all. They are scum and liars. They only wanna know if you have section day or not because they do not like to attend to market rate renters. They also don’t have hot water working in their units they had mold in my apartment and denied ever seen it when I move in and told me only because I never put something on my checklist when I first moved in is not liable Which is insane because how can you tell somebody that rent from you that if they don’t put something on the checkl... read more
I'm currently a tenant I live in a nice apartment but alot of strange activities have been reported to the owner as well as the property management. I have been dealing with this for 3 months now and ongoing every day all day and night I don't get any peace nor sleep here due to the aggressive noise meaning the pounding and banging also knocking on the wall and I'm thee only tenant living in the building.
