Working with Art on the purchase of our first home was truly a joy. What can sometimes be a stressful experience was made so much easier thanks to his knowledge of the Squamish market and, specifically, the neighbourhood we bought in. Beyond his expertise, Art was just genuinely easy to work with. He was clear and responsive in his communication, patient with our many questions, and made us feel supported throughout the whole process. Thanks for making our first home-buying experience such a great one, Art. We’ll see you f... read more
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Art was patient, informative and beyond helpful.
Best experience with a realtor in Canada! Art clearly enjoys what he does and it shows. He was very responsive and proactive through the whole purchase experience. Friendly and approachable is his style. Being from out of town, he made the process of a dream home purchase seamless. He went above and beyond with recommendations and bookings of contractors. Would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend Art Power as a realtor for anyone purchasing in the Squamish area.
Art is awesome! He made purchasing our first home such a smooth and stress-free experience. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated how patiently he walked us through every step of the process, even when we had lots of questions. He always responded so quickly and made sure to check every detail for us. We truly felt supported and well taken care of throughout the entire process. We’re so grateful for all his help and would highly recommend Art to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring realtor!
Art was great to work with when purchasing our first home. He was supportive of our requests and was able to get us a great, fair sale price. Overall the experience was positive and enjoyable, and we loved the thoughtful celebration gift we received when we took possession!
