Recently started orthodontic treatment here and deeply appreciate the care and attention to detail. In particular, Lin and Dr. Shah have gone well above and beyond on my case. When I was very anxious about a specific (irreversible) step in my treatment, they met me during their lunch break that same day to talk me through the logic of their judgment and addressed all my concerns. Dr. Shaw was extremely thorough, professional, patient and obviously knowledgeable. I had a superb experience on my first visit for a consultation in March 2025. Now 11 months into the process (February 2026), I have had a wonderful experience and a superb result. My teeth are super straight and look great after having them whitened (also by Dr. Shaw). Highly recommend!
Finally got my brackets on and the I enjoyed the experience. Lynn energy is great honestly. She was able to help out with assistant, the female, who was doing my brackets. But mostly important every visit she has been able to multitask also play different roles. She’s very informative and will give you the best information possible so you can have honestly a great journey from start to finish.
