Great work – They do great work and have wonderful customer service
Ex-Employee..... – First I must say Bill (owner), Is a great person. My Short term working for service was cut short as I was deemed to slow to perform oil changes, or was it I was doing multiple duties at once, that made a 35min oil change turn into a hour, Its hard to do a lube job when your driving customers at the same time. This is my 3rd visit to Art of Maintenance and I've had great service each time, from repairs to maintenance...I'll definitely be a returning customer and will recommend to others.

Happy – I've been happy with the service for a couple of years now.
Ask other shops for a bid – The work was performed adequately but pricing issues have created a lack of trust. In the future I will be asking other shops for a bid before I use Art of Maintenance again.
Trustworthy with fair prices – A lifetime of horror stories has taught me to be wary of auto repair shops. Because of this, the first time I came to Art of Maintenance I came with a chip on my shoulder. Not only was Stan honest and direct about the issues with my car but he offered me something every other auto shop couldn't; respect. Some auto repair facilities (Jiffy Lube, Les Schwaub, etc) see young women as a walking dollar sign but Stan treated me with decency, understanding, and kindness. Respectful, friendly and reliable – Professional, efficient, cost effective (tells me what needs to be done, and if not necessary, lets me know so I can decide), respectful, friendly and reliable (above in no particular order). I have had nothing but great service each time they've worked on my Explorer. I trust them to be honest, which is an attribute I value highly!
