I walked in this morning in distress with a fully blocked left ear, and walked out after ear wax removal greatly relieved. The receptionist, Jessica was very pleasant and accommodating, and Cristina, the audiologist who performed the procedure was careful, calming and highly competent. Efficient, caring service in a lovely atmosphere!
