I am a floral designer by trade and I received the most exquisite flower arrangement. This was sent to me by my company department and they informed me it came from flowers by Bonnie and that Bonnie arranged them herself. I ordered flowers to be delivered and gave them explicit directions on where to deliver them, paid with a credit card, and thought I was set. Two days later, I got an e-mail that they were refunded my money because “they couldn’t reach me”. No flowers! No evidence they tried to reach me by phone or e-mail! Very difficult to deal with! Not for me again!
These flowers made my mother so happy on Mother’s Day, they were so beautiful and such nice quality!
