I went here because I was losing a lot of hair. The people I saw were nice enough but tried to prescribe me shampoo that causes hair loss! They even told me this shampoo will cause hair loss. Then I get a random charge on my card a couple weeks later. Apparently insurance denied part of the claim so they just took the money out of my account. No mailed bill or email saying hey this money will be coming out next week. That can’t even be legal to just take out money with out billing someone.

This place was great and I felt so comfortable! Very clean and updated facility as well! They were quick too!
I brought my daughter in due to her worsening eczema. They were very thorough, understood my concerns, and were very detailed in their directions and approach to care. They were extremely patient and answered all our questions and made sure my preteen understood in a gentle and non-patronizing way. I really appreciate the ability to make an appointment online and the availability after school. The office was extremely clean and all the staff were very friendly and kind.
My husband, William, and I ,went to Howell location on 2/9/26.I called ahead to make sure our appointment was still scheduled, because I assumed they would do a confirmation call about appt. No call . Was confusing finding entrance, everyone was very nice. It was a very weird visit in the exam room. Poor lighting, exam bed available in there.
