I'm giving one star based off my experience. The doctor was great and I thought we finally found a good dermatologist for my daughter. We went to only her second visit and paid my $5 copay, only to get a random $168 charge to my bank account 10 days later with no explanation of what it was for or why. My kids have medicaid and everything is covered. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with billing with no response. I have to press the scheduling option to even get someone on the phone. Amazing people at this office from the front desk to the doctors and nurses so easy to make an appointment you have no wait time in the office I would highly recommend this place to anybody with a skin condition
