Josh is an amazing realtor to work with. He is well informed and made the process smooth and stress free. He was great at pointing out the pros and cons of prospective properties, which I much appreciated, and helped me find the perfect home. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience buying my first home 5 years ago with Art & Josh. I have referred them to multiple friends since, and they have successfully sold multiple units in my building. I have only had positive feedback from everyone that has used them. Looking to purchase a second property so I called Art, he talked me through the process. He is always available and supportive during the process.
Art and Josh are the best in the biz! We’ve bought and sold with them multiple times and recommended several friends and family .. everyone says the same thing! They are total pros that get properties sold. So if you want to get your property sold quickly for a fair price give them a call.. or don’t and wish you did!
Art and Josh helped us get our first house. Since it was our first, they served us with patience and were very flexible with our changing choices, budget and availability. They helped us throughout the process and even with post possession formalities. I would recommend them for your house hunt.
