My brothers and I were looking to sell an inherited condo unit as fast as possible. I knew Art and Josh from years previous and remembered them to be driven, quick-thinking, capable people, so we got in touch with them. Long story short, Josh came to assess the condo on a Tuesday, and had it photographed, listed, shown and sold by Sunday. And for a great price. He was always available, and remained so throughout the process all the way up to the buyer’s possession date. Needless to say, I highly recommend Art and Josh.
