Super disappointed!!! Called the store to make a customized flower order and was told here was no florist on site. I was ok k accommodating my order and just asked for 2 big flower bouquets to be put together into one and that was "not guaranteed possible". Very disappointed that they were not able to work with me or even offer me other options. This is very sad, since I am from out of town and trying to support a small local Kamloops business, and more over that I do over 10 of these purchases a year.
Plenty of healthy plants. Wide range of plants. Plenty of staff about.
